0 Buyers looking for homes in the Cheyenne area have experienced an aggressive market the first quarter of 2018.
In-town properties have seen a rise in both sold volume and number of sold homes. City Residential had 37 more homes sell with a median price of $225,000 up from $211,500 in 2017. Condo/Townhome had 19 more homes sell and the median price rose over $14,000 from 2017 to $212,000. While Rural properties dipped in both number of homes sold and median price – 15 less homes as compared to 2017 but only a $5,200 price drop to $354,818. Overall the market’s total sold volume rose over $12 million to $108,424,640 over the same period in 2017. The real estate market is strong in Cheyenne!
