In a recent report the local RE/MAX Capitol Properties ranked in the top ranking brokerages in its franchise.
According to the REAL Trends 500 report, RE/MAX Capitol Properties ranked 88th in its franchise for transaction sides. In 2017 the agency assisted with over 600 transactions and has the highest number of transactions per agent ratio for the greater Cheyenne area. Having a brokerage ranking among like businesses around the Nation is a testament to the high quality business practices and performance which resides in the community.
