The annual kick-off to Cheyenne Frontier Days events brings large crowd.
This year’s 2018 “Spicin’ Up the West” Pardners ‘N Prosperity luncheon, presented by RE/MAX Capitol Properties, is shaping up to be one of the best yet! The luncheon focuses on the community’s agricultural heritage and history, and represents all that the community has grown from. Entertainment this year will be provided by “Fiddles on the Range”, featuring recent retirees Bob and Debbie Mathews and family.
Attendees of the event will have a chance to mingle with some very peculiar western characters, as the event will have the cast from the Old Fashioned Melodrama mingling and muddling throughout the event. Make sure to stop them and get their photo taken with them or ask them when they’re performing!
Speaking of photos, Emma’s Old Time Photos will be on site providing a free photo for attendees! The photos will be ready the day of, so attendees can wait for prints, or pick theirs up on the way out.
Contest for Attendees: A special ShortGo contest in recognition of Cheyenne’s heritage and community will be hosted at the photo booth as well. After the event, all the photos will be posted to a Facebook album for voting. Each like on the original picture will act as a vote for the photo, and the photo with the most likes by the end of business on Tuesday, July 31st will win $500 in ShortGo benefits.
