Paramount Ballroom Discontinues Brunch Service

The Paramount Ballroom is making changes a they reach their one year anniversary.

Posted via Facebook, the business addresses their upcoming changes to their business model. One change is the discontinuation of their brunch services. The primary reason for this change is to refocus on the primary intent of the business which is being a cocktail lounge and they haven’t seen enough business traffic to maintain the service during the weekend.

They will now be closed on Sundays and Mondays. Additionally, the Paramount Ballroom is extending their hours on Fridays and Saturday to an opening time of 3:00 p.m.
