They feel the importance to give to a local charity that does so much to those who are in need.
“We try to put our donations where they will have the most impact. This is why we only donate to local charities. Comea provides a vital service to our community and we are glad to help in any way we can,” James Yates, President of First Education Federal Credit Union
As a staff, they feel the importance of contributing to local organizations that make a difference and are very fortunate to be able to assist the community not just with their financial needs but with the necessities of life as well. Donations are solely up to the employee if they would like to donate. They have donated to the Comea shelter in various ways over the years.
Robin Bocanegra, Comea Shelter Director spike about the importance of these donations saying, “Because of gifts like this, the Comea Shelter can serve roughly 5000 meals per month on a budget of $500.”
