Cheyenne Restaurant Week Debuts New Businesses
Cheyenne Restaurant Week started on April 7th and will conclude on the 11th, and is off to a great start.
There are only a few more days available to take advantage of the great deals being offered by a number of local businesses. Highlights have include the openings of two new Cheyenne Businesses; Dad’s Donuts and Alchemy Catering’s Grab & Go.
Dad’s Donuts is a new location being added to a plethora of locations. It is owned by Lynn and Freddie, who are the third generation operating the business and crafting the donuts. They all have been entrepreneurs from the start. The location in which the are occupying was formerly Tasty Bones at 715 S South Greeley Highway. Inside they are featuring The Boys Brew coffee, in addition to the delectable donuts. The business is setup for customers to sit inside at the coffee bar area and they also offer an outdoor enclosed space which is smoker friendly. Their formal grand opening will be on Sunday, April 14th at 3 to 8 p.m. The special will include 20% off all drinks.
Alchemy Catering opened their “Grab & Go” options and man are they good. Today they featured for restaurant week a savory french dip with melted cheese and mushrooms, along with a refreshing side salad. All week they are sharing a new menu item. They are located in downtown Cheyenne which has mostly been known as Quiznos in the past, 200 E 17th St, Cheyenne, WY 82001. What makes their business so unique is owner, Amy Epstein Iribarren, is the chef and has built this business to be a premier catering business within the region. Now with her new establishment she has expanded offerings to the community by offering the “Grab & Go” option. It is a great addition to downtown Cheyenne and it is especially nice to see businesses excelling.
