Laramie County Long-Range Planning Discussion Began

Last Friday marked the first workshop spear-headed by the Greater Cheyenne Chamber of Commerce and Laramie County Community College for Long-Range Planning for the greater Cheyenne area. More than two dozen local organization leaders, including state, county, city elected officials, school district representatives, non-profit organizations, and private industry, collaborated on determining the challenges and strengths faced in growing our community toward further economic success and sustainability. The group plans to pursue next step involving the assistance of a professional facilitator to develop a united coalition and determine the roles of each organization to meet community needs.
