Sometimes the Alleyways are more Interesting than the Main Streets
Check out the latest addition to downtown (located behind The Presidential Barbershop) by Cheyenne’s very own Fernandez Eddie.
Urban street murals play an important role across America–they tell a story or relay emotion to the public arena. In his latest addition, Eddie skillfully celebrates music and invokes a swing in passersby. He is also known for “The Wings” of Cheyenne on the Tom the Tireman Building, off of Murray Avenue and Lincolnway, as well as the realistic “Child” mural on the Cheyenne Stitch Building, off Lincolnway.
This Saturday, as part of the Paint Slingers Festival, Eddie is partnering with West Edge Collective, a modern marketing and branding agency, and showcasing some of the region’s best artists. Be sure to stop by 707 W. Lincolnway to watch the art come to life throughout the day!
