The highly anticipated pizza restaurant, MOD Pizza, is coming to Cheyenne in 2021.
MOD Pizza, or “Made On Demand” Pizza, prides themselves on fast service and putting their customers in the “driver’s seat.” The restaurant structure is similar to Chipotle – guests follow an assembly line and customize their own pizza. Customers can choose from over 30 toppings and the price stays the same regardless of how many are selected.
According to The Cheyenne Post, MOD Pizza’s CEO and co-founder, Bob Merullo, announced plans to expand into southern Wyoming. Cheyenne will be the first stop in the expansion, followed by Casper, Laramie, and other locations across the state.
The Cheyenne Post also noted that Merullo is working with a realtor to find a location for their first Cheyenne restaurant and anticipates opening in 2021.
