The Cheyenne Police Department is looking for information on the whereabouts of Nichole Phillipp, 32, of Cheyenne.
On October 10, Phillipp was suspected of a shoplifting at the south Walmart, 580 Livingston Dr. and ran to her vehicle before officers arrived.
Phillipp crashed into a vehicle in the parking lot and then led officers on a pursuit. Phillipp was last seen driving a dark blue 2007 Chevy Cobalt with damage to the rear of the vehicle. Phillipp is 5’4”, 120 lbs., with brown hair and brown eyes. She is
known to frequent the Cheyenne and Northern Colorado area.
