Volunteers Needed for 29th Annual Cheyenne Christmas Parade

1 The Cheyenne Christmas Parade presented by Spradley Barr Motors is on Saturday, November 30th at 5:30 p.m. in downtown Cheyenne and volunteers are still needed!
Keep this community tradition a fun and safe experience for all to enjoy by helping out with setup, cleanup and parade safety during the event. All volunteers will be given Cheyenne Christmas Parade hats and gloves from Par 5 Promotions and are fun collectibles year after year!
Volunteer Opportunities Include:
- Wednesday, November 27th at 8 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. – Advance Setup – Help with outfitting downtown with signage and barricades.
- Saturday, November 30th at 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. – Day of Setup – Prepare the Parade Route with additional barricades, equipment, setup of tree lighting, setup parade and more!
- Saturday, November 30th at 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. – Parade Logistics – Assist in keeping the roads closed for the parade and assist with overall logistics, float lineup, etc. *Must be 18 years of age.
- Saturday, November 30th at 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. – Day of Cleanup – Gather equipment, assist in barricade removal and overall cleanup.
- Sunday, December 1st at 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. – Post Parade Cleanup – Remove signage downtown, gather and pack equipment and overall clean up the parade route.
