New cocktail lounge, The Ballroom, expected to open in Downtown Cheyenne during the month of June.
It is an extension of current business, The Paramount Cafe, on Capitol Avenue. Owners, Renee & Jon Jelinek, has recently received their liquor license for this expansion and began work remodeling the venue.
The Ballroom will serve adults only through this new craft cocktail lounge. Along with the expanded beverage menu they will offer more new food items like cheese boards. With this expansion comes new opportunities for the local workforce. They are currently hiring for various positions from baristas to mix-ologists, to the kitchen and cleaning crew.
