Arts Cheyenne Takes It Up a Notch
Arts Cheyenne has been making strides in the arts community for a decade.
Upon its 10 year Anniversay, Chairman of Arts Cheyenne Desiree Brothe presented Executive Director Bill Lindstrom with an award for his 6 year commitment to the organization and 34 years of being an influential leader in Cheyenne’s art community. Dedicated individuals are the driving force behind the new level of vibrancy in the community. It is because of them that Cheyenne’s future is filled with opportunity.
Erik Rasmussen from Charter Spectrum Reach contributed a $10k check to the Arts Cheyenne organization recognizing them for “Standing for the Arts.” It is a momentous gift providing $1k for each year being celebrated.
Warehouse 21 was also acknowledged for their recent financial commitment to the Arts Cheyenne programming. These donations help to provide funding for Friday in the Asher, Arts Festival, Art in Public Places, Cheyenne Artwalk and Advocacy for the Arts.
To top off the night, Mike Morris presented a glimpse of the 2019 Fridays in the Asher lineup. Artists like Naia Izumi (Feb. 15th), Grayson Erhard (Mar. 1st), Linnear Symmetry (Mar. 8th), Kayla Marque & Kid Astronaut (Mar. 15th), and Audible (Apr. 26th).
