Attend the 29th Annual Cheyenne Christmas Parade

Start the holiday season off right with this year’s Cheyenne Christmas Parade presented by Spradley Barr Motors on Saturday, November 30th at 5:30 pm.

Following the parade is the Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony in the Cheyenne Depot Plaza with Mayor Marian Orr and Santa Claus. Light up the City of Cheyenne’s Tree for the holiday season!

The community unites to make the Christmas Parade possible. From float participants and volunteers to the sponsors and attendees, here are some quick facts to be ready for the parade:

Quick Facts:

2:00 p.m. – Volunteer training LEARN MORE OR VOLUNTEER NOW
3:00 p.m. – Parking on Staging & Route of the Parade closes. Look for RED signs. Towed vehicles can be found in the parking lot across from the Asher on 15th.
3:30 p.m. – Floats must be in staging position & inspections begin
5:10 p.m. – Toys for Tots & Wheels for Charity Floats begin down the route and attendees can make donations
5:30 p.m. – Parade begins
7:00 p.m. – Christmas Tree Light Ceremony in Cheyenne Depot Plaza with Mayor Marian Orr & Santa Claus
RESTROOMS: Portapotties provided by Triple J Pumping will be placed along the route
BONUS: Dazbog, Jonah Bank of Wyoming and a variety of other businesses will be along the route providing attendees with hot chocolate, coupons and more!
DOUBLE BONUS: Volunteers receive special edition Christmas Parade beanies and gloves provided by Par 5 Promotions. If you are interested in volunteering send an email to justing@cheyennechamber.org.
