Ballet Wyoming Visits Cheyenne Regional Medical Center
Ballet Wyoming began their tour around the community this week with their first stop being Jessup Elementary School yesterday. Then, today they visited the Cheyenne Regional Medical Center. The dance company’s mission is to “present a wide range of dance styles and to entertain, and educate audiences through their performances and outreach throughout the region.”
Partnerships make these engaging moments with community possible. Cheyenne Regional Medical Center Foundation is a strong advocate of the arts and continues to be a strong supporter. Laramie County School District #1 and the Boys & Girls Club of Cheyenne continue to show support with bringing in performances showing children first hand the power of performing arts. Ballet Wyoming’s goal is to broaden the understanding of performing arts and during their visits many individuals are exposed to ballet and professional dance for the first time.
Tickets for Ballet Wyoming’s upcoming production of a Mid-Summer Night’s Dream will be at the Cheyenne Civic Center on May 5th and 6th and tickets are now available.
