Business Owner Accused of Fraud Remains Missing

The Cheyenne Police Department  announced in January their investigation of Top Travel, a local travel agency.

Brian Box, owner of Top Travel, was being investigated for defrauding customers. Upon this news he went missing. He has been missing since January 7th and family reported his disappearance on January 9th. His sister Lisa Box Hamilton continues to reach out to the community for support in finding her brother.

The business under investigation was operating at a storefront in Frontier Mall from August of 2018 through December of 2018. Top Travel has also conducted business under the name of “The Outdoor Pursuit.” Several customers of the business reported Top Travel into authorities because they paid for their trips but learned later their trips were cancelled without their knowledge. Their funds were not returned following the cancellations. The case remains under investigation of the Cheyenne Police Department.
