Candidate for Governor, Foster Friess Visits Cheyenne
Candidate for Governor, Foster Friess visited Cheyenne yesterday, May 9th.
Foster Friess, gubernatorial candidate, is a Jackson, Wyoming millionaire who is best known for his strong investment capabilities. He is a businessman who founded Friess Associates, where he has been named by CNBC “century’s great investors.” He announced his candidacy in Jackson during the end of April and is currently promoting his candidacy during his statewide tour. Yesterday, Friess spoke to local community members to visit and formally announce his candidacy to Southeast Wyoming during a town hall event. At the event he answered questions from the public about his political platform.
During the presentation he shared his formative background, including him being a first generation college graduate and his primary upbringing on a farm in Texas. Additionally, Friess is a veteran who served in the U.S. Army. Friess is a well-known entrepreneur and said that he firmly believes that his leadership skills and experience are strong and able to lead Wyoming as Governor.
“We have many economic problems in the State of Wyoming and with my leadership I think I can provide the solutions.” shared Friess, “One area I have as a strength is my ability to sell. This I think will help to diversify our economy.”
