Breaking Ground on Christensen Road Project
The Christensen Overpass project approved in 2017 is underway. The City of Cheyenne has started on this project which will greatly aid in getting citizens on the east side of Cheyenne connected.
“The Christensen Overpass is an important project that will ultimately improve efficient transportation and connectivity for Cheyenne residents upon completion. The scale and scope of the project will require an extensive construction time-frame. The time frame is needed to allow the project to progress through construction with safety and the needs of the public in mind. In the end, the project will benefit the residents and visitors of Cheyenne. As the City grows in population and geographical scale, our infrastructure naturally needs to grow along with it. This project will certainly help meet our growing needs.” Shared the City of Cheyenne.
This project is expected to reach completion and be in full swing in the Spring of 2019.
