Delayed Panera Bread Construction Ceases
Last July Breads of the World, LLC announced the construction of their newest Panera Bread restaurant in Cheyenne.
Originally the construction on the project was to be completed during March of 2018. City of Cheyenne permitting caused an unanticipated delay for construction. Aztec Construction is currently working on the project again. With the delays Panera Bread doesn’t know an ultimate date for opening. However the construction was first delayed because of permitting.
The Panera Bread restaurant is known for its freshly baked goods, delectable soups and salads, even its sandwiches. The best decision of a customer’s day at Panera is choosing between chips or a delicious apple for their side.
According to a feature by the Wyoming Tribune Eagle, the company building this Panera Bread also owns 38 locations within the State of Colorado. They plan to utilize some of their existing managers from Colorado for this location and estimate the hiring of 60-70 local employees in the City of Cheyenne.
The location where the restaurant is being built is off of Dell Range Blvd. catty corner to Chick-Fil-A near Windmill Road.
