On this episode of Diamonds in the Rough Podcast, Colorado-native, Erin Feltes, is our featured guest.
Erin is an on the go mom of three children, ages 18, 12 and 6. She has been married to her husband since 2006 and is finishing her degree in archaeology. Alongside her love of history and museums, Erin enjoys hiking Colorado’s 14ers’. Erin is an advocate and volunteers with local organizations that are dear to her heart.
Erin became a mom at the age of 16. She shares her story of overcoming challenges and accomplishing her goals.
She also has a passion to help women and to fight human trafficking. She is a volunteer with a non-profit organization called Free the Girls, which collects and sends gently used bra donations to women who were victims of sex trafficking. In turn, Free the Girls teaches the women how to sell the bras and become entrepreneurs. Erin is also a Type 1 Diabetic and is an advocate for finding a cure for this lifelong disease. She also has her own health and wellness business with Arbonne International. On top of being a mom, student, advocate, entrepreneur and volunteer, Erin is an actress who played the role of Patsy Ramsey in “The Case of: JonBenet Ramsey,” which aired on CBS. Erin has appeared on the television show, “My Ghost Story” on The Biography Channel. She most recently starred in a sci-fi action movie called, “Merwitches”.
