Diamonds in the Rough Podcast Featuring Guest, Michelle McCormack

On this episode of Diamonds in the Rough, guest Michelle McCormack, shares her incredible story of becoming a mother.

Michelle and her husband struggled to conceive for over six years. Michelle says, “I hated hearing, ‘God’s timing is perfect,’ and ‘as soon as you relax it will happen.’ I’m pretty sure I was willing to punch the next person who stated, ‘it may not be God’s plan.’”  In November of 2017, both Michelle and her husband had to under-go medical procedures within the same week. She says, “it was at this time that my husband and I finally came to terms with the fact that maybe instead of praying to start a family, we might need to pray for peace in the fact we wouldn’t be parents. Praying for peace isn’t an easy thing to do especially when you have wanted something more than anything for so many years.”  One phone call changed everything! Hear her amazing story and how her job as a teacher led to their miracle baby.
