EUL is back on track and it’s about time!
Thoughts from Dale Steenbergen –
One of the projects we have been working on for the last couple of years is the Enhanced Use Lease (EUL.) The EUL provides housing for airmen, creates a cool new commercial development, and offers the opportunity for a business park.
The project has had its political issues in the past year, but it has also had its champions.
January was a great month for the project as $400K was approved by the Wyoming Business Council to allow design to begin. I would be remiss if I did not thank Governor Mark Gordon for supporting our men and women in uniform and writing a letter to help us come to a positive resolution for this project.
Your Chamber is proud to have this project back on track and we look forward to its positive impact for our community.
