Free Training on Joint Ventures

This Wednesday, February 6th, the Wyoming PTAC will be hosting a webinar on Joint Ventures and Teaming arrangements from 1:00 pm MST until 2:30 MST. 

The webinar will be presented by Matt Schoonover who is a Partner with Koprince Law LLC, where his practice focuses exclusively on providing legal solutions to federal government contractors.

This webinar is free of charge and is focused on companies looking to be part of the Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) upgrade project at Warren. Forming Joint Ventures with prime contractors or just entering into teaming arrangements with the large prime(s) may be a viable strategy for the small businesses in the area.
