The Great Race Reenactment is coming through Cheyenne on Thursday, June 28th.
This year will be its 110th anniversary. The Great Race was the longest road race in history! Attendees will be able to meet the drivers, see the cars, and enjoy a free showing of “The Great Race“at the Atlas Theater on Thursday. There will be a Great Race lunch at noon in the Plains Hotel downtown the menu will be based on the menu that was served to the drivers in 1908 Reservations are required and need to be made by June 27th, the reservations can be made at 307-638-3311.
There will be a car show at the Depot Plaza at 4:00 pm , and at 6:00 pm there will be a short ceremony then the free showing of “The Great Race” at the Atlas. There will also be box dinners available. They must be pre-ordered by 6/27/18 at 307-638-3311.
