The Cheyenne Police Department is investigating the theft of rims and tires which occurred in the evening of December 9 th . These
wheels were taken from a vehicle parked in the 200 block of Walterscheid Ave. If you unwrap these wheels on Christmas morning, Santa may have some explaining to do.
