NASA Compiles Eclipse To-Do List
Statewide coverage of the August 2017 solar eclipse is brought to you by Shoshone Rose Casino and Hotel.
(Wyoming) Today NASA has posted a checklist of things you can do to prepare yourself for the solar eclipse on August 21st.
Among maps to find the greatest duration in the path of totality are science projects you can do with the family related to the eclipse, and where you can get safety viewing glasses.
(Hint: Most viewing parties in Wyoming will have them ready for you. For instance, if you head out to the Cam-Plex in Gillette that Monday, they’ll have glasses available, as well as a street festival.)
NASA’s also got an interactive simulation of what you can expect on Eclipse Day. And of course to stay up to date on everything happening in Wyoming, you can follow #wyoclipse.
