New Executive Order Targets Sexual Assault in the Military

Decision making in serious cases like sexual assault, domestic violence, child abuse, and murder is no longer in the hands of commanders, instead being under the jurisdiction of independent military contractors. This order aims to pursue justice for victims of sexual assault in the military and make the process more effective.
