New Wyo-Inspired Retail Opening in Downtown Cheyenne
Bighorn Design Studio announced the opening of their sixth retail location on Saturday, October 26 at 307 W. Lincolnway in downtown Cheyenne.
Not only will they be offering Wyoming-inspired apparel brands, gifts and original local art, Bighorn Design Studio specializes in custom screen printing and embroidery.
“We are excited to add Wyoming’s capital city as our newest location in the state. We love the great things that are happening in Wyoming’s historic downtown locations and we look forward to being a successful and long-term hub for Wyoming made gifts, screen printing and embroidery, right here in downtown Cheyenne,” says PJ Treide, Owner, Bighorn Design.
PJ Treide, the owner of Bighorn Design Studio, said his company has been recognized as one of the fastest growing companies in the country. It started in 2015 as Surf Wyoming with about five employees, and it has grown more than 350% over the last two years, with 47 employees now.
It currently occupies two of the three floors in the former Woolworth building downtown, and the company is in the final stages of purchasing the building. Treide said he plans significant expansion into the fulfillment side of his business, which doubled this year and will likely more than double next year.

- Cheyenne-based fine art by Kristy Johnson and Bria Hammock, as well as products from Wyoming makers including: Red Bison Studio, Wyo Candle Co, and many more.
