RE/MAX Capitol Properties Receives Beautification Award

The Greater Cheyenne Chamber of Commerce Red Carpet Committee presented Steve and Stephanie Prescott, owners of RE/MAX Capitol Properties with a Business Beautification Award for their office located at 4000 Central Ave.

Their location was recently expanded – Stephanie Prescott thanked VFLA Architects for helping plan and construct their vision. Steve Prescott added they envisioned doing something very different from traditional real estate offices. Several new offices, a video room, and a new social space to accommodate their growing real estate family were added.

This award to recognize businesses going above and beyond by investing in physical improvements to their location. Central Avenue has experienced a number of enhancements with Central Cafe being a previous winner, as well as the newly award RE/MAX Capitol Properties.
