Salt Lake Dance Company Provides Exclusive Cheyenne Performance

Ballet West is coming to Cheyenne and offering an exclusive performance at the Cheyenne Civic Center.

Ballet West, professional dance company from Salt Lake City, is bringing nationally renowned ballet performances to Cheyenne. Their visit is in partnership with Wyoming’s professional ballet company, Ballet Wyoming, to also offer master classes for local dancers. Those who participate in the master classes will be given a chance to audition for their summer intensives, giving the dancers the platform to further advance their professional dance skills.

Additionally, Ballet West in partnership with Ballet Wyoming are taking time to educate the public on performing arts and dance with special appearances at local schools like Hobbs Elementary and Meadowlark Elementary. Exposing the youth to the arts is a masterful way to expose them to potential career fields and artistic interests. This is a large part of the Ballet Wyoming mission and is why the organization is so focused on these extending these opportunities for the region.
