The annual program encourages everyone from children to adults to set a reading goal of either 25 hours, 25 days or 25 books to be completed by mid-August. Sign-up begins on May 24th. Participants can register for the program and pick up their reading cards at any of the library’s locations in Cheyenne, Burns, Pine Bluffs or our Bookmobile.
As participants read throughout the summer, they can mark off their goals on a summer reading card and keep track of their progress. Participants can come into the library to pick up a prize for every 5 books, hours, or days they complete toward their goal. The first day to pick up reading prizes is June 8th and prize pick up will end on August 18th.
