Taco John’s Launches First Advanced Establishment on South Greeley
Taco John’s celebrated their newest storefront on S. Greeley Highway with a ribbon cutting this week.
The design of this new building reflects their new slogan – bigger, bolder, better. New colors, floor titles, digital menu boards, kiosks, as well as a new logo, packaging, and branding were revealed. The location also features new advanced technologies and an app which allows customers to submit orders online. This is the first Taco John’s of its kind and will become the new standard for the company. Even the property featured expansive windows, making the space open and refreshing for guests. Mayor Marian Orr during the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony expressed how the City of Cheyenne used this building to steward an example of “how to get to a ‘yes'” when it comes to unconventional visions for buildings and establishments. The new Taco John’s shows it is possible.
“We will open our restaurant to the public this Saturday, October 19th at 10:00 a.m. and the first 100 guests will receive free Potato Olés for a year!” shared Taco John’s International CEO, Jim Creel, during the ribbon cutting.
Taco John’s was established in Cheyenne, Wyoming, in 1968 and has continuously contributed to the community. Today, Taco John’s operates and franchises nearly 400 restaurants in 23 states – making it one of the largest Mexican quick-service restaurant brands in America.
Senator Tara Nethercott and outgoing Chairman of the Greater Cheyenne Chamber of Commerce shared, “On behalf of the Chamber, we would like to say congratulations and thank you so much. They have been a Chamber Partner since 1977, that is 42 to years of being a solid community partner.”
