Resolving and Managing Conflict | July 19, 2018 | 8 a.m. to Noon | $139
Leaders are often required to help employees deal with differences and understand the value of varying opinions. Effective conflict management, through coaching and mediation, are important skills to manage difficult conversations. Participants develop the ability to help employees resolve or manage the conflicts that may arise and maintain a culture of mutual respect and effective communication.

Good supervisors are good coaches! They look for opportunities to be proactive in helping their employees grow and develop professionally. This workshop addresses best practices in dealing with both proactive (helping the good get better) and reactive (addressing performance problems) coaching skills.

This 10-hour course introduces students to OSHA policies, procedures, standards, and general industry safety and health principles.

This Basic Life Support Provider Course is the foundation for saving lives after cardiac arrest. This class is designed for healthcare providers.
CPR/Basic First Aid | July 27, 2018 | 9 am to 4 pm | $80
This course follows the American Heart Association requirements and students receive a certification which lasts for two years.
