One interesting segment highlights an increase in the statewide single-family home price up 8.4 percent in the fourth quarter of 2020 from one year ago, faster than the previous quarter. The national average price appreciation accelerated to 10.8 percent during the same period, the fastest in recent decades.
In Wyoming, single-family building permits for new privately-owned residential construction in the fourth quarter of 2020 were 21.5 percent higher than during the same period the year before.
