As part of the City of Cheyenne and Charter Communications’ ongoing cable franchise renewal process, the City of Cheyenne has launched a web-based survey to assess the cable-related needs of the community.
The survey seeks to evaluate the performance of Charter’s Spectrum television, internet, and telephone services through input from Cheyenne residents about the services they receive. All Cheyenne residents who receive cable services, or those who would like to, are encouraged to respond to the survey by clicking here.
Responses are requested by January 25, 2019.
