Coming up on Saturday, March 9th from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Pine Bluffs Distilling, 322 N. Beech Street, is a Cookies & Cocktails event. What makes it even more special is that Eileen’s Cookies is in on the fun. Customers can pick from two pairings at the event; Snickerdoodle Cookie paired with Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cocktail (the one in the photo) or a Peanut Butter Cookie with fudge frosting paired with a Peanut Butter and Jelly Cocktail. Both are flavors that sound dreamy.
This award winning distillery doesn’t mess around. Recently they received a bronze medal at the 2019 American Craft Spirit Awards for the Rock Ranch Vodka. Definitely consider attending the upcoming event or perhaps future events they are hosting. This Laramie County gem is a regional amenity for all to enjoy!
