Alta Vista Elementary School on Green Lockdown

Due to a domestic disturbance, Alta Vista Elementary was placed in a green lockdown at 9:25 a.m. As the situation remains unresolved, Laramie County School District 1 is conducting an early release at the direction of law enforcement. Busing will not be offered. Parents or authorized designees picking up their students need to enter the building to sign their student out of school.
