Today, April 25, 2017, the Cheyenne Regional Airport held a groundbreaking ceremony for a new $10 million passenger terminal. The ceremony started out with parachute jumpers, leading into to speakers, including Governor Matt Mead, Madam Mayor Marian Orr, and County Commissioner Chair Troy Thompson. Economic impact, investing in aviation and taking a stance in this form of transportation is important for the Greater Cheyenne community were just a few points discussed.
