CLIMB Wyoming Set to Begin Next Career Training
Climb Wyoming’s next free program for single moms will focus on Intro to Medical Careers/CNA training.
The Climb program has evolved for more than 30 years into one of the nation’s most successful models for moving families out of poverty. The basis is career training and placement. The program goes beyond just getting a job but focuses on lasting life changes. Long-term self-sufficiency depends on the ability to navigate decisions, conflicts, challenges, and emotions successfully. They have formulated a proven method to help a variety of families and they are welcoming new participants for their next career training here in May. There is no cost to be a part of the program and no cost to attend the upcoming event to learn more.
“We really look forward to meeting single moms at our information meeting,” says Climb’s Cheyenne Program Director Misty Savage. “This will be a great chance to get to know us and find out if it’s the right fit for you and your family. We hope to see you there!”
Participants will have the chance to become a valuable part of a medical team. Climb will help find the right job fit with different shift options in home health, assisted living or long-term care facilities. Interested applicants need to join their Information Meeting on Thursday, May 2, 2019 from 11-12 p.m. at Climb’s downtown Cheyenne Office on 123 East 17th Street. (Childcare is not provided—please plan accordingly.)
