Latest update on the body found on 11-26-17 off Burlington Rd by Reservoir 1.
The victim has been identified as Justin R. Robinson, a 19 year old male from Cheyenne. The manner of death is homicide. The cause of death is one gunshot wound to the head. Robinson was shot behind the right ear and the bullet exited out by the left ear.
