Open House to Discuss Operation Change

0 The Cheyenne Police Department initiated Operation Change in April of 2017 in order to address the perception of transient issues in downtown Cheyenne.
Throughout the six months of the program the CPD has focused on downtown walking patrols and proactive measures to address these issues. Chief Brian Kozak will present the results of six months of Operation Change on Tuesday, November 14, to discuss the impacts of the program in detail. The meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. at the Edwards Community Room in the Cheyenne Public Safety Center, 415 W. 18th St.
