Robert Bowen is the owner of the Dad’s Cafe. He has been in the restaurant industry for 22 years and this isn’t his first rodeo when operating a restaurant. Bowen was an integral part in the restaurant and catering side of The Suite Bistro in Cheyenne and has been known to focus on fresh and original ingredients. Dad’s Cafe at 200 E. 17th St., located in what was the Quiznos, holds the same philosophy with the slogan of “Always from scratch.”
Cameron Karajanis, Cheyenne Boys & Girls Club employee, enjoyed lunch at the location today and shared, “Food was great, atmosphere was great and the staff was awesome.”
Dad’s Cafe is one of three new restaurants to open in the downtown area this summer; The Downtown Hub and The Ballroom.
