Forum on the Future of Work + Technology + Inclusion coming to Cheyenne on Nov. 7th
On Tuesday, November 7, 2017, national technology leaders will meet-up with Wyoming’s tech community at the Cheyenne Depot and share their passion for supporting and building new innovative initiatives right here in the Equality State.
This national tour is presented by Automattic and produced by the Tech Jobs Tour team, with local support from Wyoming Equality and the Array School of Technology and Design. The Tech Jobs Tour will host a forum on the ‘Future of Work + Technology + Inclusion’ in Cheyenne and the region. The event will consist of some lightning talks, open discussion, speed mentoring, tabling by local employers, a coding bootcamp showcase, and of course, special guests.
The Tech Jobs Tour Advisor and 3rd CTO of the United States under President Obama, Megan Smith, will deliver the keynote address and will be in Cheyenne throughout the program to mentor and answer questions. Megan has recently launched her new firm, shift7 and before the White House, was a VP at Google.
A full press release including speakers list and agenda will follow next Monday.
