Tourism Impact in Cheyenne

Visit Cheyenne is the non-profit organization focused on growing the local tourism market for the area.

They recently released a video outlining their 2017 impact on the local economy outlining certain wins including $20 million in taxes paid by visitors, 1,400 hotel rooms being booked an evening in Cheyenne, and even providing 20,000 passengers on the trolley per year.

“Tourism has a huge impact on Laramie County’s Economy. How big of an impact does it have? How about nearly $1 million per day!” shared Visit Cheyenne.
